10. Scheduling and Cancellations

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your coach. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach availability, emergencies, or other circumstances, in which case we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

11. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information you share during coaching sessions. Information disclosed during coaching will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing Services, except:

  • Where you provide consent to disclosure

  • The payment of the cost of having the Services supplied again
